Here you will find some prayer walking resources.
Download them on your phone or print them out.
Another suggestion is to record yourself and then listen back as you go.
Or simply just take some time to reflect on them before you head out for your daily walk.

In his profoundly challenging book 'Dissident Discipleship - A Spirituality of Self-Surrender, Love of God, and Love of Neighbour', the author, David Augsburger, introduces us to the practice of peditation:
Peditation is a meditative walk, in which you simply meditate while walking.
Why not give it a try?
Copy or print out the following parables on a sheet of paper.
Then, as you head out each day, walk to the parable in peditation, asking "When, where, how do I do the same?"
Rhythm for walking to the text: recite a line of three syllables, rest, then recite the next line of three syllables:
1,2,3, rest, 1,2,3, rest, etc.
